The discovery of an improvised explosive device (IED), created panic yesterday in Asaba, Delta State.
According to report the IED, was spotted around North West Filling Station, opposite Oshimili South Secretariat. Men of Delta State Police Anti-Bomb Squad later called in to evacuate the explosive.
