The family of the man who died after rescuing 13 people gets help from Government.
The river state Government has opened an Education Endowment Fund, for the children of late Hero Joseph Blackson, who saved 13 lives in a boat mishap in it’s State.
Gov. Nyesom Wike announced this while receiving Blackson’s family at the Government House, Port Harcourt.
