Interestingly, Mr. Adekola Ademuyiwa has disclosed his late wife who died nine years ago gave him what he is eating today through sales of current affairs book she introduced to him before her death.
Mr. Ademuyiwa who could not hide how elated he always feel despite challenges he encountered on how to convince people to buy current affairs books told News Reporters that he had tried other business that failed.
Mr. Ademuyiwa, who attended Government College, Eric Moore, Lagos narrated how he spent additional 5 years in secondary school due to one reason or the other. He said he proceeded to mechanic workshop for apprenticeship because he has been warned to brace jobs that were dirty in nature.
When he was asked what prompted him to current affairs book marketing, Mr. Ademuyiwa said he always feel happy whenever he wants to go and sell book out there. He said he enjoyed every part of the marketing aspect aimed at convincing people to buy. He specifically mentioned that he preferred going to mechanic village, beer parlour and other places where people would grant him audience to see how the current affairs book can benefit their kids at home.
While responding to challenges he has faced in the business; Mr. Ademuyiwa said: “I face a lot of challenges, some people would chase me out, some didn’t want to hear anything at all that I was disturbing them
“There was a day someone chased me with broken bottle, I had to run for my safety. Many people forget that current affairs pass the person marketing it. It is only God that supercede current affairs. At times, people advice me to go and start Master of Ceremony (MC) business. Luckily, through the business, I have moved round various parts of the country through selling current affairs book.
