Over the years, Nigeria as a country has been facing different political crisis & challenges in the country.
There have been religious and tribal clashes in the country.
Different region' s in the country today are highly marginalized in many and aspect especially in the political aspect.
Most of the groups that are marginalized politically feel frustrated and always questions if they are part of the country or not.
Meanwhile, for many years now in Nigeria, the indigenous people of Biafra popularly known as IPOB who are located in the Eastern region of Nigeria have been agitating for self actualization and self determination because they have been marginalized politically for many years now.
The Nigerian government have never addressed that issue but they went ahead and declared the members of IPOB as a terrorist group and this issue has caused allot of controversies in the country as there' s no justification for the terrorist tag that was given to IPOB by the Nigerian government.
Meanwhile, the former (CBN) during President Jonathan' s administrator, Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has told President Mohammed Buhari that he have created a monster in Nigeria.
In a statement issue by Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, he said that
President Muhammad Buhari' s greatest achievement is that he has created a monster(IPOB) that will soon consume Nigeria.
He maintained that an average Igbo Youth is a member of IPOB by spirit and it will be difficult to make them believe in one Nigeria, even when Buhari has left.
Igbo Youths don' t care about anything in Nigeria anymore, and even Igbo presidency doesn' t interest them anymore.
My greatest fear is that Igbo Youths are in every State in Nigeria, and if they decide to carry arms, Nigeria will be history.
