A boy without drivers license kills lady in Abuja.
The lady was said to be walking on the pedestrian corner of the road at Apo bridge Abuja, as a Black Range Rover veered of the road and knocked her down and instantly disconnected her from earth.
The boy was immediately arrested by the Police.
Investigation reveals that the driver has no drivers license.
