Saudi Arabia: New Mecca of Nigerian stars

Following the recent mega-cash transfer of Russia 2018 World Cup Super Eagles’ forward Ahmed Musa to top Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr, it appears the doors of the oil-rich nation have been flung open for Musa’s compatriots.

Al-Nassr splashed a reported £25m to prize away the former VVV Venlo of Holland man to the Middle East, a move that was just too tempting for Musa to turn down.
