The roads of Maiduguri is currently filled with soldiers who barricaded the road to ensure the safety of the Nigeria's VP as he moves through the streets.
Most residents of Maiduguri who were not aware of the VP’s visit were forced to return home as soldiers barricade roads or allow vehicles to pass through single lanes.
