Ekiti factional Speaker to Omirin: Stop Lying, you begged me to resign

0

The factional Speaker of Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dele Olugbemi challenge the embattled Speaker, Dr Adewale Omirin to swear with the Christian Holy Bible and before Ekiti State traditional rulers if he did not hold a meeting with him, Ojudu and others at the Presidential lodge, Oshogbo Osun State on Tuesday April 5, 2015.
Rt Hon. Olugbemi had said Omirin and others begged him to resign as the Ekiti State House of Assembly Speaker for him to be reinstated back as the speaker and after he might have succeeded in impeaching Governor Ayodele Fayose for him to become the acting governor of Ekiti State, Olugbemi will assume the speaker’s office again.
He had stated that Omirin, Ojudu and others have no moral justification and locus standi to deny the purported impeachment meeting because all conversations there was recorded on tape.
The Speaker noted that Ekiti people are known to be patriot as demonstrated by late Col. Adekunle Fajuyi to Late Aguiyi Ironsi at the expense of his life.
Rt. Hon. Olugbemi said Omirin, Ojudu and others acting by all means possible to impeach Governor Ayodele Fayose amount to a fraud, unpatriotic, selfish, wicked and unholy act which is strange to any Ekiti man.
The speaker advised Ojudu, Omirin and others to stop their ill-fated impeachment or political coup against Governor Ayodele Fayose or else he will open the Paradox box without minding whose ox is gored.
Rt. Hon. Olugbemi stated that he held meeting with Dr. Omirin, Ojudu and others at the presidential lodge Oshogbo on April 5 (5-8pm) and April 7 in Lagos (1:30 am – 4:00 am ) respectively.
The speaker was wondering why those who could not win through ballot box free and fair election now result to win via impeachment move.
He advised Omirin to thread softly on his move to be acting governor at all cost and should remember that the mandate he is enjoying was given to him by Ekiti people and not Osun or Lagos people.
Rt. Hon. Olugbemi stated that "charity begins at home and it is only a bastard that will describe his father’s house with left hand".
He also warned Omirin to put an end to the unholy and unconstitutional online impeachment on the person of Governor Ayodele Fayose.
