On his 83rd birthday, former Queens of Oyo completely ignored Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III, the Alaafin of Oyo
Former Queens Badirat and Anuolwapo chose to disregard the highly renowned king on Friday, 15th October which was his birthday.
In a ceremony full of pomp and circumstance, the monarch turned 83 years old.
“Iku Baba Yeye” is no longer their demi deity or God-sent, as they used to refer to him when things were rough.
His favorites were Badirat and Anu, who had fled the palace for brighter pastures in Lagos.Avoided him on and off social media.
When they were in Oyo, they used to celebrate birthdays with a shout-out.
Badirat, who is on vacation in Paris, is the mother of three sons, while Anu is the mother of twins.
They’ve finally said ‘BYE’ to the king.
