Pastor WF Kumuyi, the General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church is currently anchoring a great crusade titled “Divine Solution For All” in Abuja, Nigeria. The program has been great and God has truly shown Himself in the midst of His people.
However, as the man of God preached yesterday, 27th of September, there was a heavy downpour of rain from Heaven. It wasn’t a great time for his audience because they were beaten by the rain but they persisted and stayed till the end.
During his message, the man of God did three things to help his audience who were in the rain. They are:
1. He advised them to pay attention
As the man of God climbed the stage to preach, he prayed for his people who are under the rain and advised them to pay attention. He told them not to allow anything distract them and they should listen to his sermon.
2. He hastened his message
The man of God spend less than one hour to deliver his message to his people. As he spoke about breaking the barriers in Divine Solution, he made his sermon fast which could be because he considered the people in the rain. He was very time conscious and went straight to the point.
3. He spent more than explaining than reading
The man of God spent more time explaining the doings of Daniel, Nebuchadnezzar and his son Belteshazzar. Since he knew that some of his audience may not be able to open their Bibles, he instead took more time to explain what was written in the verses of the scripture. Though he later opened the Bible briefly, it was not as his usual Bible studies. Instead of spending more time reading from the Bible, be took his time to explain what he should have read.
In conclusion, despite the rain, the Lord blessed his members and it was a great time in the presence of the Lord. As he prayed, miracles flowed and the presence of the Holy Ghost was evident.
