Secretary of the party, John James Akpanudedehe issued the warning during a stakeholders meeting held Friday at the party’s National Secretariat with the Chairmen in attendance.
He said the party is relying on the state Chairmen to ensure success of the exercise to consolidate on the milestone the party achieved in Its recent membership registration and revalidation exercise.
The party urges all stakeholders to encourage consensus arrangements to reduce conflict since the whole issues is ” is a family affair” and provided in the APC constitution.
The Chairmen were also enjoined to consult party stakeholders in setting up the various adhoc before setting up the Local organizing Committees in each state.
Meanwhile the APC State Chairmen have voiced out their anger at some of their governors who they described as ‘Use and Dump’ .
Alhaji Ali Bukar Dalori, Chairman of Forum of APC State Caretaker Chairmen made the remark saying that some of the governors are in the habit of using the state Chairmen and dumping them after achieving their goal.
He however commended the governor Mai Mala Buni – led APC Caretaker Committee for attracting three executive Governors to the party, namely Dave Umahi, Ben Ayade and Bello Mattawalle
” Also your excellency, let me state ” my anger and worry. Why I said this publicly is, I am not happy with some of our governors, because they use my chairmen and dumped them”
