Sultan of Sokoto, Ooni of Ife and other traditional rulers meet with President buhari at the Aso rock presidential villa
President Buhari is currently hosting some leading traditional rulers across the country in the State House, Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The traditional rulers are led by the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar.
However, the agenda of the meeting is yet unknown but it is believed that President Buhari and the monarchs will discuss the civil unrest in some parts of the country following the #EndSARS protests.
Other monarchs that were part of the delegation include the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Emir of Kano, Emir of Fika, Tor Tiv, Chairman Imo State, Council of Traditional Ruler, and others.
