The announcement came few hours after Lagos State Government has upheld the curfew in the business city.
However, the curfew was lifted after a thorough assessment of security situation within the state and after observing that peace is gradually coming back to the state.
Ekiti State Government under the administrative leadership of Governor Kayode Fayemi has lifted the curfew on Saturday and it will be effective by 6am on Sunday, he also ordered the reopening of Churches and Mosques without any restrictions after it has been forced closed due to the effect of Coronavirus.
In other news, Lagos State Government has asked the public servants to resume on Monday 2nd of November.
This announcement came through Mr Hakeem Muri Okunola, The head of Service in the state.
He said the Governor gave the approval to resume after spending seven months at home due to the emergence of the novel Coronavirus.
