Men of SARS who were led by the OC of SARS in Rivers State, Akin Fakorede on the 10th of March, 2019 killed a lecturer and another civilian in broad daylight.
According to news, Akin Victor Fakorede is the Butcher-In-chief, SARS, Rivers state.
He has however been demoted.
