Notorious Car Snatcher Caught, Beaten And Tied Up Like An Animal In Bayelsa
The suspect who hails from Delta was in the company of two others suspected to be his gang members and had snatched a sienna at gunpoint from their victim in Delta.
After the incident, the victim, evangelist Parkins Ogede, contacted BSVS after his tracker revealed the car was in Bayelsa.
With the information received, BSVS swung into action and Lucky David Ozuowe was arrested while his gang members escaped.
He was apprehended along Sani Abacha expressway and currently undergoing trial and cooperating with the investigation to apprehend other members.
The Security Chief maintained that the suspect and his accomplices were targeting their victim in a false pretense of repairing their stolen vehicle.
In sighting the vigilantes, the armed robbers, according to Evangelist Ogede took to their hills but his gallant men gave them a hot chase which led to the arrest of one of the suspects.
He said a double barrel revolving gun and the stolen car were recovered and the suspect is now cooling off with the police authorities.
