Woman takes over her late husband seat at the house of assembly in Cross River State.
Widow, Abby Ukpukpen has taken over her husbands seat as at the Obudu Constituency by-election held on Saturday.
Her husband seat was declared vacant after he past on in May 2018. She contested under PDP for same post and won it with 12,712 votes to beat Ishamali Bendel of APC who had 4,345 votes.
