Kidnappers kills 4 police men as they try to rescue there colleague.
Police men from Abuja said the deceased were killed from a gun fight during an ambush by kidnappers attempting to rescue their arrested team members.
This same set of kidnappers are responsible for the abduction of Sheikh Ahmed Adam Algarkawy in Rigasa, Kaduna on 2nd of August 2018, and his subsequent release after ransom was paid.
The operatives killed in attack include: Inspector Barnard Odibo, Inspector Mamman Abubakar, Inspector Haruna Ibrahim and Sargent Emmanuel Instifanus.
6 kidnappers were also killed during the gun fight including the 2 kidnappers initially arrested by the police.
