A Nigerian drug baron arrested after a police chase in China.
Chinedu Victor Okeke 45-year-old, was arrested on Saturday after jumping out of the window of his house, climbing over a fence and attempting to hide from police and soldiers in a nearby temple of Bophut.
However the police where able to catch him and took him back to his house, where a search of the property revealed more than 280 grams of cocaine stashed at various points around the house.
He was questioned and he finally admitted of selling cocaine to both Thai and foreign tourists of Koh Samui for between 1,000 to 18,000 baht.
Police said they have been an increase in foreigners going to Koh Samui for the purpose of doing drugs.
Chinedu was also found to have over stayed his visa and remains in the police custody.
