An armed robber was burnt to death today, after his accomplice, who managed to escape, shot a lady dead outside a commercial bank at the Suru-Alaba area in Lagos.
An eyewitness said, two men tried to rob the deceased lady as she stepped out of the bank, so they went ahead and shot her in the head before trying to steal her money. Luckily a passersby was fast enough to apprehend one of them. the armed rubbers caught was beaten him and was burnt to death.
