The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC yesterday around 7pm finally released the 73-year old former Governor of Adamawa State who was said to turn himself in patterning the crime they said he committed.
According to Mr Wilson Uwujaren, the spokesperson for the EFCC, Nyako was released on “administrative bail”, which based on his age and health situation. He said he was however asked to report frequently at the commission until the case is fully investigated.
